We Are Looking For A Back Office Executive To Handle Client Calling, Quotation Sharing, Order Follow-Ups And Regular Documentation, Coordinating With Clients And Internal Teams To Ensure Smooth Order Processing And Timely Updates. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You'll schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Typing, Basic accounting, Email etiquette and MS Office
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone well spoken and detail-oriented

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹23,000 per month.
