Human Resource Executive

Rathna Stores has an opening for a Human Resource Executive based in T.Nagar, Chennai. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹35,000/month.

Handle Hr Processes, Including Recruitment, Payroll, Benefits, And Policy Implementation. Resolve Employee Grievances And Foster Positive Workplace Relations. Ensure Documentation And Compliance With Company Standards. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month.

What you will do

In this role, you will:

• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• You will manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Payroll, Screening, MS Excel and Labour law basics
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• An organised, good communicator attitude
