Ravi Developments is looking for a Collections Executive to join its team in Kandivali West, Mumbai. Salary is up to ₹30,000/month. The team is filling 2 vacancies.

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of English and Hindi
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Hindi, English
• You are ethical and detail-oriented

Your responsibilities

• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue.
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities.
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
