Ravi Graphics is looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to join its team in Rajajinagar, Bengaluru. The pay goes up to ₹20,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Customer Relationship Manager (Crm) In The Printing Industry Acts As The Vital Bridge Between The Technical Production Floor And The Client. Their Performance Is Measured By How Well They Balance Client Satisfaction With The Operational Realities, Reviewing Artwork Specs (Bleeds, Cmyk Vs. Pantone), Confirming Paper Stock. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• You will share market and competitor feedback with the team.
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Negotiation, Customer handling, Lead generation and Target achievement
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you get

You will be paid ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
