- Convert Leads Into Site Visits And Site Visits Into Bookings, Meet Or Exceed Monthly And Quarterly Sales Targets. Report Sales Performance And Forecasting To Upper Management. Ensure Show Flats And Project Sites Are Maintained And Customer-Ready. Brand Promotion & Events, Customer Feedback & Crm, Negotiation & Closing, Team Management. Type : Sales | Languages : Tamil

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• You will meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month.

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply

• Good knowledge of Sales and Tamil
