We Are Looking For A Detail-Oriented Back Office Executive To Manage Essential Administrative Tasks Related To Sales And Purchase Operations. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience With Tally Accounting Software And Microsoft Excel To Handle Data Entry, Quotations And Order Updates Efficiently. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Skills Needed : Tally

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You'll manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• You will prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Tally
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
