Rawls Wellness Pvt Ltd is looking for an Executive - Hr & Payroll to join its team in Sector 19 - Gurgaon, Delhi. You can earn up to ₹30,000/month.

Manage Day-To-Day Hr Operations, Employee Records, Onboarding, Confirmation, Transfers, And Exit Formalities. Handle Monthly Payroll Processing, Including Attendance, Leaves, Incentives, Deductions, And Salary Revisions. Ensure Accurate And Timely Attendance And Leave Management Across All Branches. Manage Full & Final Settlements And Other Payroll. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

As an Executive - Hr & Payroll, your work will include:

• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• You will coordinate performance reviews and training.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• You'll handle employee queries and engagement activities.

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Eligibility

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Screening, Recruitment, Labour law basics and MS Excel
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone confidential and good communicator
