Razorbill Private Limited is hiring a Front Desk Executive & Telecalling in Sector 37 - Gurgaon, Delhi. There are 15 open positions. The pay goes up to ₹30,000/month.

*Key Responsibilities:* Handle Front Desk Operations And Patient Assistance.* Make Calls To Assigned Patient Data And Ensure Timely Follow-Ups.* Schedule Appointments And Manage Patient Inquiries.* Maintain Call Records And Patient Data Accurately.* Provide Excellent Customer Service In Person And Over The Phone. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Data entry, MS Office, Email etiquette and Record keeping
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone well spoken and organised

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
