We Are Looking For A Goal-Driven Business Development Representative To Join Our Sales Team. In This Role, You Will Not Do Any Cold Calling Or Random Lead Generation. We Provide All The Customer Leads. Your Main Job Is To Contact These Pre-Qualified Leads, Understand Their Business Needs, And Guide Them Through Our Sales Process.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹16,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

What you will do

In this role, you will:

• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• You'll record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.

Candidate profile

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: CRM, Negotiation, Presentation, Target achievement
• Female Only
• Good English
