Your responsibilities

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• You will coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.

Eligibility

• Open to freshers
• Education: 12th Pass
• Skills: MS Office, Data entry, Email etiquette, Basic accounting
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• You are well spoken and organised

Salary: ₹7,500 – ₹10,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
