Responsible For Contacting Customers With Overdue Phone Finance Payments, Negotiating Repayments, Conducting Field Visits When Required, Coordinating Device Recovery As Per Company Policy, Maintaining Accurate Records, Ensuring Legal Compliance, And Delivering Professional Customer Service While Achieving Monthly Recovery Targets. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Outbound

What you get

Compensation: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Outbound
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
