Handle End-To-End Property Documentation Including Collection, Verification, Agreement Drafting, And Registration Coordination With Legal, Banks, And Sub-Registrar.Ensure Compliance (Rera/Local Laws), Manage Loan Documentation, Maintain Records/Mis/Crm, And Coordinate With Clients, Sales, And Developers For Smooth Closures. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Basic Excel, MS Word, Internet Surfing, Advanced Excel | Skills Needed : Email, Computer

Salary

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

What you will do

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

Candidate profile

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Internet Surfing, Ms Word
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Basic Excel, MS Word, Internet Surfing, Advanced Excel
• Skills Needed: Email, Computer
• You are organised and dependable
