1. Responsible For Lead Management In Crm And Ensuring Timely Follow-Up With Leads2.Maintain And Update Crm Database With Client Information And Status3. Communicate Effectively With Sales Associates Via Phone, Email, And Other Communication Channels4. Ensure Seamless Communication Between Internal Teams And Clients5.Continuously Update Crm Process. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What the job involves

• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Candidate profile

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Customer handling, Negotiation, Presentation and Target achievement
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are target-driven and self-motivated
