Realty Smartz Private Limited is hiring an Hr Executive in Sector 69 - Gurgaon, Delhi. The pay goes up to ₹25,000/month. 5 candidates will be hired for this role.

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Skills: MS Excel, Screening, Payroll, Labour law basics
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are organised and people-oriented
