We Are Looking For An Experienced And Results-Driven Commercial Real Estate Agent To Identify, Market, And Close Commercial Property Transactions. The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Developing Client Relationships, Generating Leads, Conducting Property Tours, Negotiating Deals, And Achieving Sales/Leasing Targets. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Preferred Experience In : Real Estate, Real Estate

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• You will prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers.
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients.

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Real Estate
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Preferred Experience In: Real Estate, Real Estate

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹18,000 – ₹70,000 per month.
