We Are Hiring Customer Support Executives For Jaipur (Near Ncr). The Role Involves Speaking With Customers Over Calls, Helping Them With Service-Related Queries, Coordinating Requests, And Following Up Until Their Issues Are Completely Resolved. We Are Hiring For 2 Positions, One Is Inbound Customer Calls And The Other One Is Outbound Follow-Ups. Languages : Hindi, English

Day-to-day work

• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory.

Salary

You will be paid ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month.

Requirements

• Open to freshers
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with English, Hindi
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• Languages: Hindi, English
• Someone confident and self-motivated
