Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹19,000 – ₹2,40,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

Requirements

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Bengali, Domestic, English, Hindi, Inbound, International, Kannada and Malayalam
• Basic English
