Responsible For Handling Customer Inquiries, Qualifying Leads, Making Follow-Up Calls, Explaining Project Details, Scheduling Site Visits, And Supporting The Sales Team In Converting Prospects Into Customers. Strong Communication, Persuasion, And Crm Management Skills Are Required. Experience In Real Estate Pre-Sales Is Preferred. Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹13,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Roles and responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
