Pay and perks

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Internet Surfing, Ms Power Point, Record Management
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What the job involves

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• You will greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You will schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
