Who Can Handle The Complete Day-To-Day Operations Of The Company And Ensure Smooth Coordination Between All Departments.Key Responsibilities:- Monitor Sales, Accounts, Warehouse, Logistics, And Purchase Departments.- Review Daily Reports And Submit A Summarized Report To Management.- Ensure Timely Collections, Stock Management, And Order Fulfillment.- Identify Operational Issues And Implement Solutions.- Coordinate With Suppliers, Brand Partners, And Company Representatives.- Track Company Claims, Schemes, Rebates, And Outstanding Matters.- Improve Team Productivity And Operational Efficiency.- Ensure No Revenue Leakage, Stock Loss, Or Process Gaps.- Conduct Regular Meetings With Department Heads And Monitor Performance.- Maintain Mis Reports And Provide Actionable Business Insights. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : English, Hindi, Gujarati

What the job involves

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month.

Eligibility

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with English, Gujarati, Hindi
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
