The Role Involves Managing Tenant Relations, Handling Complaints And Maintenance Issues, Coordinating With Vendors And Service Providers, Conducting Regular Property Inspections, Tracking Rent And Property-Related Expenses. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Skills Needed : Email, Computer | Basic Excel, MS Word

Roles and responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• You'll manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You will coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• You'll handle data entry and maintain accurate records.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Ms Word
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Skills Needed: Email, Computer
• Basic Excel, MS Word
• Someone detail-oriented and organised

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹25,001 – ₹50,000 per month.
