Responding To Customer Inquiries (Email, Chat, Phone And Social Media). Managing Orders, Returns, Refunds And Exchanges.Handle Complaints And Provide Appropriate Solutions Within Set Timelines.Coordinate With Warehouse/Store And Logistics Teams For Order Fulfillment.Update Customer Records And Maintain Accurate Documentation.Monitor. Languages : Marathi, Hindi, English

Roles and responsibilities

• You'll explain products and offers clearly and handle objections.
• You will achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory.
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients.

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
