Regency fincorp ltd is hiring a Banking Assistant in Ambala Highway, Chandigarh. 3 candidates will be hired for this role. The pay goes up to ₹40,000/month.

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Basic Excel, Computer and Email
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Basic Excel
• Skills Needed: Computer, Email
• You are ethical and detail-oriented

Key responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• You'll explain product features, charges and terms transparently.
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• You will comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms.
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
