Regent Organisation is hiring a Back Office Executive in Ghod Dod Road, Surat. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹16,000/month.

Your responsibilities

• You will schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You will prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

What you get

You will be paid ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month.

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Internet Surfing
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
