Regent Organisation is hiring an Hr Manager in Nanpura, Surat. The pay goes up to ₹45,000/month.

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What you will do

In this role, you will:

• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• You'll handle employee queries and engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.

Candidate profile

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Recruitment, MS Excel, Labour law basics, HRMS
• Male Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are people-oriented and good communicator
