Identify, Attract, And Hire Top Talent By Managing The Recruitment Process. Develop Job Descriptions, Screen Candidates, And Conduct Interviews. Collaborate With Teams To Meet Workforce Needs Efficiently. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Screening, Labour law basics, HRMS, Recruitment
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone people-oriented and good communicator
