Roles and responsibilities

As a Lead Generation Executive, your work will include:

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You'll log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.

What we are looking for

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Domestic, English, Hindi, Marketing, Outbound and Sales
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
