Regatta Insurance Brokers Private Limited Industry: Life Insurance (Multi-Bank Insurance Products). Need To Do Outbound Calls To Customers And Convince Them For The Products, Need To Pitch Customers Insurance Plans And Policies. Type : Outbound, Mutual Funds | Languages : Tamil, Hindi, English

Key responsibilities

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You'll resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• You'll follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• You'll escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
