As a Catering Supervisor, your work will include:
- Handle billing, reservations and guest feedback
- Maintain hygiene, grooming and FSSAI standards.
- Welcome guests and deliver warm, prompt service
- Resolve guest concerns politely and quickly
- Keep service areas clean, stocked and presentable
- Take orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen
Skills and qualifications
- Open to freshers
- 12th Pass or equivalent
- Comfortable with Billing / POS, Food & beverage service, Hygiene standards, Guest service
- Basic English
