What you will do

As a Counter Sales Manager, your work will include:

• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Lead generation, Customer handling, Target achievement, Local market knowledge
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are confident and self-motivated
