Handle Support Functions Like Data Entry, Record Management, And Report Preparation. Ensure Efficient Documentation And Maintain Workflow Accuracy. Assist Front-Line Teams By Managing Behind-The-Scenes Operations. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Basic Excel, MS Word, > 30 WPM Typing Speed

Key responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

Compensation

Salary: ₹18,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

• Comfortable with > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Basic Excel, Ms Word
