Reliable First Adcon Private Limited is looking for a Customer Support Executive to join its team in Electronic City, Bengaluru. 10 candidates will be hired for this role. The pay goes up to ₹20,000/month.

Roles & Responsibilities Back Office (Voice Process L2)Handle Customer Calls And Resolve Queries Professionally.Provide Accurate Information And Support To Customers.Maintain Quality And Compliance Standards During Calls.Update Customer Details And Case Records In The System.Escalate Complex Issues To The Concerned Team When Required. Languages : Gujarati, Hindi

Salary

Compensation: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

What the job involves

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• You'll record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory.
