Reliable Spaces Pvt Ltd is looking for an Admin Executive to join its team in Airoli, Mumbai. The pay goes up to ₹25,000/month.

Day To Day Housekeeping Supervision, Services Follow Ups And Management, Report Updating , Facility Round Up And Feedback To Manintance Team , Should Be Ready To Work In Shifts, Receive Understand The Work Given By The Managers And Execute On Time. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Eligibility

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Basic accounting, Record keeping, MS Office and Email etiquette
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

As an Admin Executive, your work will include:

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
