Maximum 7 To 8 Years Of Experience , Insurance Industry Experience Is Must , Must Have Bpo Background , Strong Leadership And Team Handling , Good Communication And Operational Management Abilities. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

• You'll comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms.
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• You will explain product features, charges and terms transparently.

Compensation

Salary: ₹65,000 – ₹80,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Skills and qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Customer acquisition, Financial products, Documentation and MS Excel
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
