Manage Organizational Tasks Such As Scheduling, Record-Keeping, And Correspondence. Coordinate With Teams To Ensure Smooth Daily Operations. Oversee Policy Implementation And Handle Administrative Challenges. Basic Excel, Record Management, MS Power Point | Skills Needed : Email

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You will coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence

Salary

You will be paid ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
