Renown Consultancy wants to bring on a Loan Officer (Tele Calling) for its Kolkata Maidan, Kolkata team. The pay goes up to ₹25,000/month. 5 candidates will be hired for this role.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: Typing speed, Active listening, Complaint handling, CRM tools
• No English required
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.

Salary

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
