Rent Mart india is looking for an Assistant Hr Manager to join its team in All Mumbai, Mumbai. The pay goes up to ₹40,000/month.

What the job involves

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• You will ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of HRMS, Screening, Labour law basics and Payroll
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A good communicator, confidential attitude
