We Are Looking For A Professional And Organized Hr Admin For Our It Sector Operations. The Candidate Should Have Good Knowledge Of Hr Administration, Employee Handling, Attendance Management, Tally, Ms Excel, Inventory Management, And Stock Handling. The Role Requires Strong Coordination, Documentation, And Operational Support Skills.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹23,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

In this role, you will:

• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• You will handle employee queries and engagement activities.

Candidate profile

• Open to freshers
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Payroll, MS Excel, Recruitment and Labour law basics
• Female Only
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
