Reputed Top FMCG Company wants to bring on a Business Development Officer for its Madurai team. Salary is up to ₹65,000/month.

We Are Looking For A 2+ Years Of Experience In Business Development, Preferably In The Skin Division. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Hands-On Experience In Sales And Go-To-Market Strategies. The Role Requires 50% Travel. Responsibilities Include Acquiring New Clients, Managing Existing Clients, And Driving New Product Development. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Local market knowledge, Target achievement, Customer handling and Negotiation
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A target-driven, confident attitude

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹40,000 – ₹65,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• You'll explain products and offers clearly and handle objections.
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
