The Role Includes Generating Leads, Understanding Client Requirements, Conducting Property Site Visits, Presenting Projects, Negotiating Deals, And Closing Sales While Achieving Monthly Targets. Candidates Must Have Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Relationship-Building Skills With A Customer-Focused Approach. A Minimum Of 1 Year Of Experience In Real Estate Sales Is Mandatory. Freshers Are Not Eligible To Apply. • Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
