Reva Loan & Consultancy is looking for a Telecaller to join its team in Nanpura, Surat. Freshers can apply. The pay goes up to ₹10,000/month.

Make Or Receive Calls To Assist Customers With Inquiries, Complaints, Or Purchases. Maintain Detailed Records Of Interactions And Escalate Unresolved Issues. Deliver Excellent Customer Service While Meeting Performance Metrics.

Your responsibilities

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.

Candidate profile

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Minimum qualification: Tenth Pass
• Comfortable with Hindi and English, Typing speed, Complaint handling, Active listening
• Female Only

Salary

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
