What you will do

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

What we are looking for

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Internet Surfing, Ms Power Point, Ms Word and Tally
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
