What the job involves

As an Hr Intern, your work will include:

• You'll source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• You'll ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of HRMS, Recruitment, Payroll and Labour law basics
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• An organised, good communicator attitude

What you get

The salary for this internship is ₹5,000 – ₹6,000 per month.
