They Are Responsible For Making Outbound Cold Calls, Answering Inbound Inquiries, Managing Customer Databases, And Meeting Daily Sales Or Interaction Targets. Your responsibilities

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
