Rhythms Group Of Educational Institutions is looking for an Office Administrator to join its team in Ameerpet, Hyderabad. The pay goes up to ₹40,000/month.

Manage Organizational Tasks Such As Scheduling, Record-Keeping, And Correspondence. Coordinate With Teams To Ensure Smooth Daily Operations. Oversee Policy Implementation And Handle Administrative Challenges. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What the job involves

Your main tasks will be to:

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Basic accounting, Record keeping, Email etiquette, Typing
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• An organised, well spoken attitude
