Coordinate With The Sales Team, Warehouse, And Technicians To Ensure Timely Order Delivery And Service Resolution. Maintain Customer Records And Perform Other Office And Customer-Support Tasks As Required. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : Bengali, Hindi, English

Key responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• You will record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with Bengali, English, Hindi
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Bengali, Hindi, English
• Someone confident and persuasive

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month.
