Responsible For Preparing Dispatch Documents, Coordinating With Warehouse And Logistics Teams, Planning Timely Deliveries, Tracking Shipments, Maintaining Dispatch Records, Checking Invoices And Delivery Documents, Coordinating With Customers And Transporters, Ensuring Proper Packaging And Loading, Updating Dispatch Status, Handling Delivery-Relate. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Basic Excel | Skills Needed : Computer

Your responsibilities

As a Dispatch Executive, your work will include:

• You'll handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• You will prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month.
