Roles and responsibilities

As an Office Admin Assistant, your work will include:

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You'll coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Basic Excel, Email, Ms Word, Record Management
• Male Only
• Basic English
