A new Tele Caller role is open at Riddhi Fintech, Peera Garhi, Delhi. 30 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month.

Key responsibilities

• You will identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• You will follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹12,001 – ₹25,000 per month.
