Counsellor

Ridhi Sikka Luxary Salon & Pmu is looking for a Counsellor to join its team in Malviya Nagar, Delhi. Salary is up to ₹20,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

In this role, you will:

• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• You will identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory.
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Local market knowledge, Presentation, Target achievement and Lead generation
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are self-motivated and persuasive
